While most attempt the 24-hour suffer-fest, we cover the circuit as a 3-Day Basecamp Fast-Pack. This approach focuses on moving efficiently across the highest peaks in the Lake District with a professional focus on pacing and recovery. The Logistics: This is a 1:4 ratio event. We use a central support hub in the Lakes to keep packs light and speed high. Because this event takes place outside of our local Eryri area, the price reflects the additional travel and logistical costs involved. Upon booking, a fully waterproof Harvey’s Bob Graham Round map will be posted to your home address so you can begin your route study immediately. 2027 Pricing: £545 ⚠️ STRICT TERMS & CONDITIONS: Because this is a restricted 1:4 premium event involving specific logistics and mapping materials dispatched immediately, our standard cancellation policy does not apply. The Deposit: The £200 deposit is strictly non-refundable. It secures your spot and covers the immediate dispatch of your mapping materials and logistical planning. The Balance: The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the start date. Failure to pay by this date results in the forfeiture of your spot and deposit. Client Cancellation: 8+ weeks notice: Refund of the balance only (the £200 deposit remains non-refundable). Less than 8 weeks notice: The total booking cost is non-refundable. Weather & Mountain Conditions: The mountains dictate terms. We do not cancel for weather. If a route is unsafe, we will adapt the plan to a safer leg or focus on alternative mountain skills. You are booking professional endurance guiding; there are no refunds for weather-enforced adaptations. Injury: If you sustain an injury or withdraw during the challenge, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days.
