Mountain Craft's 'Bespoke Private Guiding' days are exactly that: your style, your date, your time, your pace, your objectives and your adventure. We are up to the challenge of providing adventurous itineraries for pretty much anything within the scope of mountain & hill walking, grade one scrambling, single pitch rock climbing, long distance & challenge walks, mountain skills development, wild camping expeditions and peak bagging.

  • How do I check availability and book?
    We have a live calendar booking system which allows for most of our sessions to be booked online instantly. Follow the activities menu to find the session that you would like to book, then click on View Availability. The booking calendar will show you the days & times that the activity can be booked for, as well as the price depending on group size, you can then continue to book & pay instantly. Some of our activities and anything bespoke will require you to first contact us by clicking the button at the top of the page, we can then quote for and confirm your booking after a discussion.
  • Are you qualified and do you have customer reviews?
    Yes, you can see our public reviews on Google and Facebook. I am fully qualified & insured to provide the advertised activities, I am a qualified Mountain Leader and Rock Climbing Instructor. If you would like to find out more then please go to the About page.
  • Can you guide me up Snowdon?
    Absolutely! Snowdon or Yr Wyddfa is the highest mountain in Wales at 1085 metres above sea level and is an absolute must-do for anyone visiting North Wales. Depending on your experience we can look at any of the main routes (Pyg, Miners, Llanberis, Ranger, Rhyd Ddu & Watkin) or even something more challenging like the South Ridge. For a guided ascent of Snowdon you can book through Solitude in the Mountains: Beddgelert and leave a note at the checkout or get in touch using the contact button at the top of the page.   • I'm a complete beginner, where do I start?
    Firstly, welcome to Mountain Craft! You don't need to be a pro to enjoy our guided experiences in Snowdonia. We welcome complete beginners on our Mountain Walking days and Rock Climbing sessions and can help you become more confident to move on to bigger and better adventures.
