A Tailored Experience Because this is a private booking, there is no limit to the adventurous itineraries we can create. Eryri is home to world-class Grade 2 and 3 terrain. Potential route ideas include: Tryfan's East Face & Buttresses: Escape the busy North Ridge to explore steeper, roped variations of this classic mountain, such as Milestone Buttress or Bastow Buttress. Cwm Idwal & The Glyderau: Ascend the soaring, knife-edge fin of the Cneifion Arete, or link the sweeping lines that flank the Idwal Slabs with its intricate upper continuations. Cadair Idris & Beyond: Head south for an epic, committing mountaineering journey on the dark volcanic rock of the legendary Cyfrwy Arete above Llyn y Gadair. MCI Expertise & Safety Advanced scrambling enters the realm of rock climbing and requires technical ropework. You will be guided by Rich, our in-house Mountaineering & Climbing Instructor (MCI) and full AMI member. We maintain a strict maximum ratio of 1:2 to ensure highly personalized coaching, maximum safety, and active time on the rock. Every booking includes the use of all technical safety equipment (ropes, harnesses, and helmets).
