Stretching from the coast at Prestatyn through to the Dee Valley, this area is accessible, culturally significant, and naturally beautiful. THE FLEXIBLE ROUTE: Unlike our fixed mountain circuits, the objective of this day is decided by the group via a virtual discussion two weeks before the event. Depending on group interest, we may choose: A classic circular walk over a major summit like Moel Famau. A point-to-point journey along the main ridge or a section of Offa’s Dyke. A "summit bagging" day covering multiple peaks like Moel Arthur and Moel y Parc. A remote, off-path exploration in the quietest corners of the Llantysilio Mountains or Castell Dinas Bran. CORE HIGHLIGHTS: Custom Adventure: Influence the route and focus of the day based on your personal goals and interests. National Park Potential: Explore the landscape currently being considered for National Park status before the crowds arrive.
